Incoming Botanical Control
Every raw-material lot is checked for identity, cleanliness, moisture and volatile-oil potential before it is approved for extraction.
Extraction Under GMP
Extraction and standardisation run at audited partner facilities under food-grade GMP, with process parameters locked to each product's target specification.
Batch Assay — GC & HPLC
Finished batches are assayed for volatile oil (GC), active markers (HPLC) and physico-chemical parameters against the agreed specification.
Documentation & Release
Only after the numbers match the spec does a batch release — with COA, TDS and MSDS issued per consignment.
